Terms and Conditions - Please read thoroughly.

Booking

Please call, text or email me to book an appointment, I will get back to you when I am available to provide my full attention. The appointment time given is an estimate but please be available five - ten minutes prior to the pre-arranged time agreed. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and/or other members are available at the pre-arranged allocated time. No refund or compensation will be offered for any delays caused.

Booking Fee & Payments
A non-refundable booking fee is required for all appointments which must be paid by bank transfer. Cash, bank transfer or card payments are accepted. All payments must be settled before I leave.

 

Consultations

All new colour clients will require a consultation which takes around fifteen minutes.


​Cancellations
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 72 hours of your appointment will incur a charge. If you fail to give any notice of cancellation prior to your appointment you will be charged the full cost of the service booked. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after my arrival the full cost of the appointment as booked will remain payable.

My Right to Cancel or Make Changes
In unusual circumstances such as adverse weather, road conditions or illness, I may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. In the event that I cannot fulfil your appointment I will contact you. If I need to cancel your appointment and you have paid the booking fee or paid the full amount, I will return the balance.

Your Right to Cancel
I require 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise you will be charged.

Travel Expenses
Travel expenses are included in my costs if you are located within 10 miles return journey of my home, AB51. Any areas outside this radius will incur a mileage charge of 50p per mile return journey. An additional fee of £25 per hour travelling is applicable.

Client Obligations
I require to work in a suitable environment with adequate lighting and power points. Any skin conditions or allergies/sensitivities (hairstyling or makeup) must be reported to myself before your appointment. If no known allergies are reported I cannot be held liable. Please also ensure hair is clean and free from product.

Road Closures/Diversions
Please advise of any road closures that will affect access to your property within 48 hours of your appointment. Any diversions must also be reported. Diversions that make my route longer to you will have an additional travel fee.

Parking Fee
Any parking fee must be paid by the client if applicable.

Smoking and Pets
If you have pets please keep them in a separate area to where I will be working.
I also ask if you are a smoker to please refrain from smoking for at least one hour before I arrive for your appointment and whilst I am present. I operate a Non-Smoking policy during your hair and makeup treatments due to health and safety reasons.

Photography and Image Copyright
Please let me know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or if you are not happy with me using your images for marketing purposes.

Client/Service Refusal
I reserve the right to refuse any services should I feel the service requested is not up to my standards, or may compromise the integrity of the hair. It is advisable that you familiarise yourself with my style of work before booking an appointment with me. I reserve the right to refuse service to any clients should I feel threatened due to physical or verbal abuse. Any sort of behaviour will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.
